Booking conditions

Good to know before you book

  • Minimum driver booking: 2 hours for transport with a Henari driver. Waiting time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
  • Self-drive hire: priced per 24 hours, with 50 km included and $1.00 per km after that. Driver approval, a signed hire agreement and a full tank on return apply.
  • Availability: all bookings depend on vehicle and staff availability. A booking is only confirmed once Henari confirms it with you.
  • Changes and cancellations: contact Henari as early as possible. Late cancellation or no-show charges are as agreed in your service agreement and the applicable funding rules.

NDIS Funding & Booking Conditions

Eligible disability support provided during transport may be claimable from an NDIS plan, subject to the participant's funding, applicable NDIS Pricing Arrangements, support item eligibility and service agreement.

Henari's minimum driver booking is two hours. This is a Henari commercial booking condition. It does not mean two hours can automatically be claimed from NDIS funding; only eligible support that is actually delivered may be claimable. Vehicle availability, booking conditions and the applicable cancellation policy apply.

The estimator provides an indicative price only. Henari will confirm the final charges and any NDIS-claimable components before booking.
