About Henari Support Services

Henari Support Services is a family-run disability support provider based in Aitkenvale, Townsville. We provide practical, respectful support that helps people feel confident at home, connected in their community and in charge of their own lives.

Who we are

We are a diverse team, and we support all people, including older people. We take time to get to know you: your goals, your routines, and how you like things done. Then we work alongside you to make everyday life easier.

Meet Aida

Aida has worked in the disability support industry for over a decade. She is hands-on, giving support on the floor and working behind the scenes to make sure every client is well looked after. Aida is passionate about helping people live the life they choose, and that care shapes how our whole team works.

What we do

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL): everyday support with daily living, personal care and building independence, with overnight support where it is part of your plan

  • Community participation: getting out to activities, appointments and local events

  • In-home support: domestic assistance and meal preparation

  • Personal care: respectful help with personal routines, protecting your dignity and choice

  • Overnight support: planned overnight or sleepover assistance

  • Accessible transport: wheelchair-accessible travel with a Henari driver

  • Self-drive van hire: wheelchair-accessible vans you can drive on your own schedule

  • Lawn and yard maintenance

Our office is at Shop 5, 206 Ross River Road, Aitkenvale. We currently support people across Townsville, and we plan to expand to more areas soon.
