Preferred Qualification

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)

Current First Aid and CPR

Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Additional Information About the Role:

Provide personal care, assistance with daily activities, community access, and companionship.

  • Support clients under the NDIS or aged care programs, following individual care plans.

  • Maintain accurate records and communicate any changes in clients’ needs or wellbeing.

  • Work shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight support.

  • Opportunities for ongoing training, professional development, and career progression within Henari Support Services.
